The goal of Upstate Auto Auction is to provide a safe environment for everyone that visits our sale. Our customers are valuable to us; therefore, Upstate Auto Auction and staff must enforce all safety policies and regulations for the protection of all staff, customers and customer assets. Upstate Auto Auction is an electrically fenced 21 acre facility with a 24 hour complete state of the art security system. We hire local undercover police officers to secure the safety of our customers while visiting our sale.

General Policies and all policies listed in this notice are to promote fair and ethical trading between the buyers and sellers at Upstate Auto Auction. It is the buyer and sellers responsibility to know and understand the rules and policies before bidding or selling. Since the auction is not a party to the contract of the sale, we make no guarantees, express or implied with regard to any vehicle. The following should be used by the buyers and sellers, so that all are able to make well informed buying and selling decisions. While it would be impossible to address every situation that may occur, most are contained in the following guide. If in the event that a situation not addressed in the following guidelines, the decision of auction management will be final. These policies may change at any time.
